The Chairman and Steering Group of the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing would like to convey their very best wishes for the festive season to all partners, supporters, volunteers and local community members.
2013 has been an especially busy and important year for us all and we’re delighted to have been able to make so many new friends and to have helped so many new communities over the last 12 months.
