NFHW is proud to support the work of one of our partner organisations – Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (LTHTr).
A multi disciplinary team from LTHTr has developed a resource to support patients with their initial recovery once discharged from hospital following treatment for COVID-19.
It is hoped that the resource would be of use to not only to those who have been discharged from the hospital but also to their families as well as to those who were never admitted to the hospital with Covid-19 during their rehabilitation.
