Modern technologies – smartphones, computer games, social media and so on – can have both positive and negative impacts on lifestyle and the ways that family members interact. There are many health implications associated with these technologies – relating to sleep, stress, depression, levels of physical activity and so on.

In this 2018 presentation, James Glover explores some of these topics and sets out some of the things that individuals and parents can help to minimise the potential harm of digital technologies.
